The Board verifies education and training from primary sources as part of the licensing process.
Effective August, 2006: Formal Board actions for non-compliance with professional development requirements that did not result in revocation of license will no longer be noted on the website listing of licensees.
State law prohibits disclosure of complaint information; however, formal Board actions may be disclosed. If an individual licensee record indicates that there is formal Board action on the license, you can contact the Board office to request the public document(s).
